On October 8, 2026, German Testing Night will once again take place at imbus AG in Möhrendorf. Starting at 5:00 p.m., we invite you to join us for an evening focused on software testing, quality assurance, and current challenges in IT.
The program features three talks on topics that are currently on many teams’ minds: How can AI-generated code be made reliable? How can large language models (LLMs) be used in a structured and traceable way? And how can security testing evolve from a one-off check to a continuous process?
There will also be plenty of time for networking, professional discussion, drinks, and food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Gregor Biswanger is an expert in generative AI and a Microsoft MVP for Azure AI and Web App Development. As a consultant, trainer, author, and speaker, his areas of focus include modern software architecture, cloud technologies, and the productive use of AI.

Dr. Mark Menzel presents a framework developed by the City of Munich that systematically classifies information as substantiated, inferred, or not included, and integrates human validation directly into the process.

A penetration test is always just a snapshot—the threat landscape, on the other hand, is constantly evolving. Julian Lorz demonstrates how principles from structured software testing can be combined with security expertise. The focus is on automated attack simulations, risk-based test prioritization, and the integration of security testing into CI/CD processes.
Julian Lorz has been with imbus AG for seven years and helps companies identify and assess security risks. As an experienced penetration tester, he analyzes systems, networks, web applications, and mobile apps, and works with clients to develop measures to improve IT security.
