Our basic e-mail support is available included in your TestBench rental agreement at no extra cost.

We also offer the following additional support levels subject to an additional fee*:

  • Telephone support: Not from an anonymous call centre, but from imbus employees who understand our customers' needs are there to help you find a solution.
  • Individually specified support levels: E.g. weekend support, 24-hour support, foreign-language support etc.

We will be happy to work out with you a support package that is individually tailored to perfectly meet your needs, desires and goals.
